I’ve always loved writing stories. As a kid, I would write about the adventures of my brave plastic animals. It’s no surprise that I feel a strong need to write board game stories inspired by thematic games I play. These board game stories are not official canon, nor are they intended to be. Rather, these board game stories help draw us into the game’s world, giving us a glimpse of what it might be like to actually be there. By writing board game stories–or, by writing stories inspired by board games–I am able to connect more deeply to the game by exploring the game’s mechanics and theme in a way I couldn’t otherwise. I have many more board game stories written, but these are all I have chosen to be made public at this point in time. Enjoy!
